Andy is the proverbial face of Arakÿta in the sense that he spends most of his time working onsite with clients directly. While onsite Andy handles any maintenance or issues that occur, conducts training, and provides instructions related to equipment and applications. Although Andy has a surfeit of technological knowledge, his expertise is in desktop operating systems.
Equally important to his technological knowledge is Andy’s effective management of client relationships. This ability has allowed Andy to identify additional continuous development processes and changes that can be made in order to improve overall the effectiveness and efficiency of client organizations. He is then able to connect the clients with the necessary internal staff to make this vision a reality!
